Personal Project
Good Enough
A tiny zine about feelings.
I started this project with two goals in mind.
One - part guide, part reality check, I designed this zine as a way to crystalize the tools I had been developing and lessons I had been learning in therapy with hopes that they would be useful to others who also found themselves in battles with their own mind.
Two - prior to putting this project together, I was convinced I had nothing new or interesting or worthwhile to say. This project was a vehicle that allowed me to fight my own demons, the ones that I had let consume me for years, that whispered negativities so persistently that I was shocked to learn that not everyone experienced them.
It was a success, and in hindsight, seminal. I felt seen by others who had felt seen by me, uncovered a passion for creating more meaningful work, and learned to value my own voice.
