After graduating from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Architecture, I spent a few years working in production-heavy roles while spending my nights developing my sweet design and illustration skills before landing a gig as a full-fledged designer at an experiential marketing agency.
Through hard work and intermittent bouts of Imposter Syndrome, I have found confidence and humility both as a designer and general human in ways that I didn't expect. I have learned to think and speak more intentionally about my work and the work of others, and have found that I work best on a team that cultivates mutual support. I thrive in collaborative environments where ideas and honest feedback move freely.
I am obsessed with looking at the nuances of every day life. I believe that empathy can be borne by understanding those tiny details, and, when the need for connection is at an all time high, capturing them in my work is more important to me than ever.
I swear I'm not always so serious.
