“Everything” Party

2022

In 2022, my husband and I hosted an “everything” party in Brooklyn, NY that was an all-encompassing celebration of our 2020 Zoom wedding, our son’s first birthday, and an excuse to get all of our friends and family together after almost three years of separation.

Sometimes, we are our hardest clients, and I had one shot to make my design dreams come true. From invitations to our wedding website, I labored over each detail and color, trying to bridge the sophistication of a wedding with whimsical details. For our big day, I created a special kids’ meal placemat menu, meant to be colored on, and even designed and wrote a 24-page zine that was locally printed by Lucky Risograph.
